Suzana Da Camara's music explores themes of love, life and relationships in English, French and Portuguese. Her new album, “Proof of Love” is a unique blend of pop with influences of cabaret, jazz and latin music and produces a fresh, yet vintage-inspired sound that is both familiar yet startlingly different.

“Proof of Love” takes fans on a spirited romp with “Donnez l'amour”, a song that would be right at home in “The Triplets of Belleville”; to heartbreaking ballads like “Il n'y a qu'un homme comme toi”; to the quirky revengeful lyrics of "You Call Yourself a Man". Suzana uses everything from a children’s choir to violins and trumpets to make her unique vision come alive on "Proof of Love".

Suzana Da Camara's unique musical sound is created with Mike Dell and Randall Savoy. The two not only co-produced "Proof of Love" with Da Camara, but also co-wrote the songs on the album and provide the lusty musical backdrop to Suzana's live shows.

Suzana's last album (self-titled)—overseen by legendary Canadian Producer, Jack Richardson (The Guess Who, Bob Seger and Alice Cooper)— won her rave reviews from the CBC, Jazz FM and the UK’s Whisperin & Hollerin, as well as two Northern Ontario Music and Film Awards nominations.

"Together, singer Suzana Da Camara and music men Mike Dell and Randall Savoy make some of the sweetest sounds in Canadian pop". -- Mark Rheaume CBC Radio

"Suzana a une voix extraordinaire, à la fois langoureuse et insolente. Les compositions de Mike et Randall sont tout aussi efficaces qu'intrigantes". -- Eric Robitaille Radio CBC

Suzana's music defies convention and has been winning over the hearts of music fans with her raw originality and endearing whimsy.
